Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your Plant Club purchase.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

To request a return, email info@plantclub.com.au before sending your item back. We'll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.

Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
