Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Susan Elizabeth Gray trading as Plant Club Online (ABN 63 998 629 889), referred to in these terms as “Plant Club”.

2. Promotional Period

The giveaway opens at 6:00 pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Sunday 18 October 2026 and closes at 6:00 pm AEST on Sunday 1 November 2026.

Entries received outside this period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.

The promoter and anyone directly involved in administering or drawing the giveaway are ineligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, eligible participants must:

• Visit www.plantclub.com.au during the promotional period.

• Complete the Plant Club $100 Giveaway entry form with their first name and a valid email address.

• Confirm their email address using the confirmation email sent by Plant Club.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Entrants are not required to subscribe to promotional marketing emails to participate.

5. Prize

One eligible entrant will win a Plant Club digital gift card valued at AUD $100.

The gift card may be redeemed towards eligible products at www.plantclub.com.au.

The gift card will be valid for three years from its issue date. The expiry date and any applicable redemption conditions will be supplied with the gift card.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.

Total prize pool: AUD $100.

6. Winner Selection

The draw will take place on Monday 2 November 2026 at 10:00 am AEST, conducted electronically by the promoter in Queensland.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of winning.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided on their entry form within two business days of the draw.

The winner must respond within 14 days of the notification to claim the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within that period, the promoter may conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries, subject to applicable law.

Any redraw will take place on Friday 20 November 2026, with the replacement winner notified within two business days.

8. Prize Delivery

The $100 Plant Club digital gift card will be sent to the winner by email after eligibility and contact details have been verified.

9. Privacy and Marketing Consent

Personal information collected through the giveaway will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Entrants may separately choose to receive Plant Club promotional emails by selecting the optional marketing consent checkbox.

Entering the giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive ongoing promotional marketing emails.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws and Plant Club's published Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete or otherwise in breach of these terms, subject to applicable law.

The promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable regulatory requirements.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Social Media Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
